    I had 3 companies come out to evaluate our system and give us a quote on a new HVAC system. ***** @ Legacy was the most thorough and was thousands less than the first company (The ******** brothers) and over a thousand less than the second company. They installed a ******, 96% efficiency, 2 stage heater and a Rheem Air conditioner. Their installers were professional and did a fantastic, clean install. Nice to do business with an honest company that does excellent work at a reasonable price. I will be using them for my rental properties in the future and will refer everyone I know to them for quality HVAC and plumbing services!!************** 06/28/23

    While their installation went well, their customer service is awful. Almost 1 year later, I get a bill for a service charge even though their tech said it will be waive by buying the central air conditioner. I had to call 2 separate times arguing with them to get it corrected. The ** ***** was not as helpful as you think he would be. I would not recommend to anyone.

    We apologize if you feel you had a negative experience with our company. We strive for excellent customer service. The confusion came in because the initial call came through your warranty company, so you had two separate accounts, and once we realized what had happened we credited the amount you owed and sent you an emailed copy of the credit.
