Had my car towed to **'s. Received a call stating what needed to be repaired. Authorized the repair. My car was partially disassembled to replace the failed part, then received another call about another unforseen issue with another part, had a disagreement with the owner, the owner told me to come get my car that he did not want to do business with me. Had to have my partially disassembled car towed to another shop. Now the other shop has to try and figure out what this shop did or didn't do. Would not recommend this shop.

Hello!  Hopefully, if you are reading this review you realize that there are always two sides to every story.  We are celebrating our 44 years in business this year and maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction.  We have been a proud member of the BBB and support what the organization does for the community, and for businesses to build trust in the marketplace. With all due respect, what has been left out of **************** review is that an internal seal in his engine needed replaced.  He requested that we "just glue it" and became upset with me because I tried to explain that it is a critical seal internal to the engine, that seal is subjected to hot oil, and extreme heat conditions, therefore gluing was not a good option.  ***** must maintain a critical engine vacuum level to operate properly, and this seal is Intigral to maintaining that level.  You can go with "the customer is always right", however in this case when I tried to advise against his suggestion as it was far too risky to use glue to fix the part inside the engine. He became very upset with me.  I even offered to install the replacement part at no charge. ****************** proceeded to use profanity and told me to put his car outside and he was taking it somewhere else to be repaired. Our service writer spoke to ************** and asked if we should put the valve cover back on, and he declined. Our company is founded on trust and expertise, we take our reputation very seriously and it is personal to everyone that works here and their families. We take care of all of our customers as if they are family.  I am sorry things did not work out in a way that was satisfactory to ****************, but we will continue to operate as with the highest level of integrity our customers expect, along with the expertise to fix their vehicles properly.
