    The contract is $41.99 a month for a security system that isn't functioning.I have called to try and resolve the issue, also have had multiple family members email for me as I do not have an email. They have returned my calls during work hours and I have expressed that I cannot answer for safety reasons as I operate heavy machinery and have requested that they phone at 4pm when I am home from work. And I am still getting billed ongoing monthly for this security system even though it doesn't work. I am no longer paying them.I hope you can help me as you are my last resort.

    For the past year, we have been getting false alarms. Stanley has sent in technicians who were unable to successfully diagnose the issue or fix it at all. Since their failures, we have decided to disable their motion sensors because they are not working how we want them to. They sent a tech to disable the motions and sent us a bill. However, we are still getting false alarms calls. They did not do the work we requested and have not answered why they charged us. I have reached out multiple times to this company but no one can give me a straight answer. We will be disputing every charge from them here on out.

    Stanley Security was our alarm company for over 20 years at our residence. Stanley billed in advance and I was paid up 3 months ahead for alarm monitoring. We moved and In Oct 2022, I contacted customer support to cancel the account and get money paid in advance refunded. On Oct 27, 2022 I received email from ****************** **************** Rep. with a cancelation confirmation. In the email it stated the final balance of the account was -$312.00 which would be refunded by the ** specialist. The email also mentioned if I had any further inquiries I can contact the ** specialist ************************* who has been copied in the email. Since Oct 2022 I have called and emailed MULTIPLE times. I've left multiple messages on *****'S vmail and haven't ever received a call back from her. I've dealt with another **************** ***** ************************* who seemed to help at first and now she's not emailing me back. ***** told me she talked with ***** and it was sent to the correct department for a refund. After not receiving the refund I called back a couple times speaking to ***** and was even asked for address where refund could be sent. I've even gone to the extent of getting *****'S supervisor, ******************************* number and left her a vmail message. I haven't ever received a call back from her either. Every time I spoke to **************** they told me they would cc ***** and ****** on the emails. Neither one of them has ever responded to me. I'm being ghosted now and it seems since Stanley Security was taken over by Securitas Technology, they probably figure what do they have to lose. It's been over 4 months now and still no refund or further communication from them. I have kept most of the emails and documentation with this incident. The Stanley case numbers are: ******** & ********. The phone number to ************************* is ************ and her supervisor, *************************** is ************. ******'s vmail doesn't sound professional, I still left message.I may have been given wrong number
