    No stars, but I had to pick one. I recently thought I was getting a legitimate job offer from this company, but I believe they are scam/con artists. Do not accept a job offer or give any personal info to this company unless you have researched & been in contact with a real live person. I even tried calling these people out & asked for more ********************** & they will not reply. These imposters should be found & charged, the scams in this country should not be tolerated

    I signed up with Hubstaff in Feb 2023 for a year. Nine months later they have decided that they have to charge an additional $25.37. I suggested that they have to honour their annual contract with me which was prepaid. They finally agreed and they asked me "to agree" on waiving of the amount $25.37?! I told them that I was happy to hear that they decided to honour the contract suggested by them.I found their request ridiculous. I don't have to agree on anything, they are the once that decided to put the extra charges and then AGREED to waive the amount of $25.37. The result was, I continue to receive emails that I have to pay the initial $25.37 and my account was suspended 3 months before it will end. I have sent an email in which I said that if they suspend my account they have to reimburse me for the remaining 3 months. They are not responding. I cannot use the services I have paid for and I continue receiving emails for the payment in question. This is fraudulent activity!
