              Unless you want your phone bill screwed up for life, do not go here. This is not a true AT&T, so any changes made on your account cannot be fixed in the store once they screw it up. I went in to the store, not knowing it was not a “real”AT&T, upgraded my phone, left with a contract, stating what my monthly bill would be (which I was told it would actually be four dollars cheaper a month the way they were doing it), and it was completely inaccurate information. Upon going to a corporate AT&T they told me there is nothing that can be done, and they are not affiliated with this retailer. I’ve had to call AT&T multiple times to try to fix this issue, and it’s been three months and it is still not fixed. I have talked to multiple people who have had the exact same problem. Once they went to this AT&T, their phone bill went up and there was nothing that could be done. At this point I am just waiting to have everything paid off so I can completely leave AT&T altogether.
