  07.15.2024: Did the tour of several companies with **** being the last tour. The difference in quality with a Luxe product and what your money is buying is over the top. Do yourself a favor and take a look at Luxe, I believe you will see what we saw, a HUGE difference and well worth our hard earned money. The attention and follow up by *******, our factor **** was excellent. 03.28.2025 update: WE just spent the week at **** as we picked up our coach - the entire team was amazing as they helped us through all aspects of the coach and fixed (all minor) items that we noticed during the week. Special shout out to **** **** ****** ***** **** (and I probably forgot a few that helped us) and the entire team at **** as they are 10+++. **** you should be proud of all your team as they represent the **** brand and quality everyday.

  We toured the factory and the showroom. ******* was very informative. They are 1st class all the way! Many floor plan options to choose from. You can make it your own with all the options there are. The factory tour is great! you can see each step in the process of making your Luxe. We hope to be living in one of these in the not so distant future!

  This is a true customer focused company. ********************** takes pride in not just the building process but customer service even after the purchase. We had a blow out on our trailer, and I made an appointment with the ** **** as these trailers are a custom build so we didn't want just anyone trying to fix the skirting. A winter weather system delayed us by a day and I called **** to notify him and not only was he understanding but stated be safe we will get you in. What other trailer builder is understanding on you missing an appointment, they usually make you get another date.The whole staff is happy, pleasant and concerning on insuring you are pleased with your trailer. On the trip here my toilet valve started to leak, I talked to the ******* ***** and right away he was on the horn to get Dometic out to fix it while it was in the shop. While you are there everyone you see asks is there anything you need and want you to be satisfied.This is a truly customer focused company and show it in their team and not just lip service. This is our 4th trailer, and I have never gotten this service from a dealer let alone the *************** will be truly welcomed at the RV Factory and love your Luxe. We have only had a couple issues with our 2022 but they were rv components manufactured by different companies ( Heater and In Command) nothing on the quality on craftmanship by the RV Factory

  They go above and beyond. We are just leaving the facility after having a kitchen remodeled. We are the second owners of a 2023 45FB Toyhauler. We came up with a design in the space unlike any other and they were wonderful to work with us to make it our own. We highly recommend the Luxe brand and The RV Factory. We love our fifth wheel.

  Everything about Luxe Fifth Wheels spells class. Including **** We had a great tour at the factory. *** answered every question we had. She is a wealth of knowledge and a great asset for the company. We will definitely be dealing with *** again soon. Thanks for the time, tour and willingness to answer questions.

  Remarkable customer care. Goes above and beyond. ******* was impressively , professional and personable. She answered all of the questions we had even regarding the suspension. She knows these RVs inside and out. The company is extremely fortunate to have her representing them. She makes for a great impression for the company overall. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her going over plans and ideas!!

  We visited the Luxe factory in ******* in July 2024. We are recently retired full-timers. W received a tour with ****, VP of Operations. We had recently purchased a used 2021 Elite 42-RL via a private transaction. It didn't matter that we were not the original owners, as we were treated as if we were. We learned a lot about their processes and materials. We had a few repairs completed by their Certified RV Repair shop (*****/*******/*****) adjacent to the Luxe factory coupled with some upgrades such as larger outdoor TV, upgraded full gas oven, couch end tables, etc., that the RV Factory completed. We returned to Certified RV Repair 2 weeks later for an unplanned adjustment to their previous repair (awning lights) and a previously ordered kitchen extender arrived, so we had it installed. Our planned travels took us back to the ******* area... so wasn't an issue. The work was completed as requested and on time. The entire staff from both buildings were personable, informative, and easy to talk to / work with. Despite our arriving during their typical summer employee vacation period and a company-wide inventory... they listened to our requests and made genuine efforts to meet them while meeting our agreed to schedule. It's now 2 weeks later, and everything works fine. Our overall experience was very good.

  Purchased a 2022 Luxe 48FB. If you are in the market for a luxury 5th wheel I would highly recommend ****! The product speaks for itself but its the people that make the company and that persists beyond the initial purchase and delivery. ******************* and his team made the process as painless (not pain free) as possible and ALWAYS make things right with the customer at all steps of the build, delivery, and post purchase issues. We considered other manufacturers but are very happy we made the choice to join the Luxe Family of owners.

  Just completed my 1st return visit to the RV Factory after purchasing our 2021 44FL Elite. What a great service team, who were all very pleasant to work with and addressed/repaired all the very minor issues we had with our unit. At the head of the service/manufacturing management was one of the most proactive individuals I've ever encountered, ***********************. Not only is he running the day to day manufacturing operations, but also overseeing the quick repair of retuning customer/RVs. The RV Factory allowed us to stay several nights in their manufacture parking lot and ************** actually stayed in late to receive us and assisted in assigning our parking location and hook-up before locking the gate and going home for the night. I recently retired as the *** of a large manufacturing company which easily produces ************ in product on a yearly basis. ************** is the caliber of leader/supervisor/manager I would hire in an instant. GREAT COMPANY AND STAFF....
