    Here is the latest communication between ****** and myself (condo association)I waited for two years (seasons ) to get this to cut the trees on my Condo property. Had the estimate changed due to funds. And even after I approved the estimate, then I don't hear from him in couple months. I reached out to his office to check in and the lady had me scheduled for June 24th. They never showed up. So I kept calling/texting ******, and he said he didn't see my condo on the schedule. Then tells me that I would have to wait till there another job here locally, which I never knew and he said it could be a long time. So overall, poor communication.(Note that I am hard of hearing so I told him I prefer text or email communication. He still would try to call me. I never been treated like this before. And it was 3 trees so it's not small like a couple bushes.See below from the last text convo. I did save everything so I have proof of his unprofessional behavior. I wasted a lot of my time and energy with this company.Good morning ******! Hope all is well. Just following up with you to see when we can expect you to come and trim the tree? It's getting out of control and hard for the lawn care guys to get under I just wanted to touch base with you this morning. We are trying our level best to get out to your condo You have to realize that I cannot send a crew out to your place unless I have something else in that vicinity. I would lose money because of the extreme cost associated with the running a crew. If you cant wait any longer, I would say you might want to find someone else. Otherwise, we will get out there ASAP.
