    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  The consumer's claim does not reflect the facts of the agreements he signed with the company.  He previously filed a complaint with the **********************************  That complaint was responded to with the supporting actual documents.  As you will see from the attached response to the ********* the customer's claim is without merit.

    Thank you in advance for responding to the customer with the facts and data confirm their complaint is baseless.
