      I purchased a new air conditioner about 2 yrs ago the air coil was based had to wait for new one the air coil came in damaged put a new ac in sept 2023 turned it on again 2024 air fan was not running pipes got hot was charged a service call ***** the technician was thier five minutes and said the same thing but only just managed to have free parts and labor since they had to fix with a new one would not parts and labor extend I dont think I should had to pay so much for a service call I paid 6000 for the ac it should of worked for more a few mths and worked this year when I turned it on may 19th . I live in **************** ******* my names is **************

      Their technicians try to tell you that you need another furnace when you don't. it happened to me and after a second opinion I found that I had a minor issue. A 400 dollar fix instead of a 6500 dollar new furnace was all I needed. . I've also found that this has happened to others. I get that upselling is important but lying about needing a new furnace is ridiculous and unprofessional. JUST BEWARE!

      We needed a plumber to investigate a slow drain and Craig came out within just a few hours. He was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and fair. His supervisor ended up stopping by to help assess, he was great as well. So glad we called them! I will be using them from now on.

      Summers technicians arrived promptly to replace our furnace thermostat that was not functioning following a thunderstorm. The process to replace thermostat was simple all areas were easily accessible. The market price for the two products used in replacement is under $200. The bill for the service was $792, resulting in $600 for two hours labor. I consider this to be an excessive charge for a common replacement service. I have discussed my complaint with the management, and he defended the costs as necessary to do business. I am distressed that such a ridiculous expense should be considered acceptable.
