Im very pleased with all aspects of my recent carpet purchase from Griffith Flooring Service. I worked with **** ****. **** was very knowledgeable about the carpet. He answered all my questions. He was extremely professional and personable- very easy to work with. I highly recommend him. The installers were very professional as well. They worked diligently and carefully and were very pleasant.

Highly recommend this locally owned company! They have a wonderful selection and a great team of designers who helped me find just what I was looking for. It took several visits but they worked tirelessly to find samples that I could take home and look at in my own home at my convenience. The installers were so polite and hard-working. They asked questions to confirm which way I wanted the floor laid and cleaned up their ****** would much rather do business with a small locally owned place than a big box store. ***** Griffith and ******** ****** were very helpful in planning out a new bathroom floor for my family. The whole thing was a surprise for my wife while she was away at work, and the installers did excellent work and within the timeframe promised. We had such a positive experience working with Griffith Flooring. Sales staff member **** **** gave us his undivided attention while introducing us to various flooring options to replace all of the 29 yr old carpet in our upstairs. We ultimately decided on a Laminate and **** came to our home to measure and once again answered all of our questions and concerns about installation. The install crew was also very easy to work with. They showed up on time each day and worked diligently with good craftsmanship and checked in with us often during the process when clarification was needed. **** set us up with an electronic downpayment to get started and the same for final payment upon completion. **** also called us to ensure we were satisfied with the results and thanked us for the business.
