The Rx I went to fill was from my *********************** I originally ordered bifocal glasses and those did not work out and moved on to get single vision glasses. I met with Dr. ******* she said she would show me how the prescription would look. She saw me in waiting room & put these glasses on that had disc with prescriptions and then said that is how they would look. I got these glasses for work on a ************** did not let me look at a computer & said I could also see a bit further from screen and that would be it. I was ok with that since I would only be looking at my work computer with them. When I went back to get the glasses and try them on I told ***** that it did not seem clear, she told me to try them for a couple of weeks and if it did not work out to go ahead and contact her. January 8 2025 I sent a text message because the glasses would not stay on my nose. ***** set an appointment for me to come in so the glasses could be adjusted to stay on my nose so I could Use them Jan 10 ***** told me that the only thing left was to use silicone ear pieces and I picked them up and tried them.. 1/21/25 I messaged the office that the glasses did not seem clear ***** was out sick and did not receive a response until 1/27 She stated that they would want to see the Rx of my old glasses to possibly update them to that prescription. I went to the office 1/28/2025 The doctor never met with me ***** saw me again on the front while there was another patient was waiting so he saw and hear the conversation. ***** basically said if I wanted to change the prescription I would have to pay since they had already done it once. They change a bifocal not a single vision. I went to my ophthalmologist who told me the prescription was not what they wrote but did call Bright *********** told them that I had agreed that they change my Rx and I never agreed to that . Because of that my doctor said they would have to correct. I can't use the glasses the Rx is blurry
