I tried to deliver a car title to ********** ****** on 5/12/26, with an expected delivery date of 5/21/26. It still had not arrived by June, so I went to the *** Store in **** on 6/9/25. I looked at the shipping tracking and it said that my package was undeliverable and they were going to dispose of it, but were still scanning it in the warehouse. When I discussed my problem, they said that they were unsure what to do and to call in the morning when the manager was on duty. I tried to call on 6/10/25 in the am; however, the number that is listed online for the store is disconnected. On 6/11/25, I went back to the *** store in **** to either try to change the address on the package or to find out where the warehouse was and they told me that I had to call international to try to solve my problem. They provided the number to international ***************). I tried calling that number and they told me that the *** store was the sender, so they had to call. I went back to the *** store and the manager said that he would start a claim and that I would either receive my package or a refund and that I should receive an email the next day. I never received an email. I went back to the store on 7/10/25 and talked to the store manager. She took my information and said she would call international to figure out what is going on. She said that I would receive a call in the next few days. She still has never called. I went back on 7/21/25 and spoke to the store manager again. She said that she never received a call back from international regarding my case, that they have the right to discard of my package, and they no longer ship things to ****** due to the issues they have been having. I tried submitting a claim online through the *** store, but was unable to.
