      On or March 1st 2025 my wife and went into Value Valut to purchase a washer and dryer and dishwasher after finding them on ********. We talked to the owner and was given the price we left and came back a few days later. We ended up purchasing a different washer and dryer because we were told they have a wholesale person come in and clean out their inventory we were told they have a liife time warranty on them by the owner included in the price and that he was a appliance repairman. My son went back and picked up the appliances a few days later. The dishwasher was a new scratch and dent that had a one year warranty on it. My son went to install it and it was missing a part he tired to call them and got no answer he left a message. Never got a call back. I tired calling had to leave a message never heard back. I went by the store a few days later and was told by owner he had to go to his shop and find part and we would have it in a few days he didnt want to order the part as it was like $80 his cost said he had them. I didnt here anything again I called no response a few days went by I went back in they said to come in Thursday would have part we ended up getting part. Now the washer which had a 90 warranty which was up in June 2025 has stopped working as of last week. I was told when we purchased the units we had a warranty we were given paperwork by owner and now you call the number listed on ******** it says it is disconnected. They have not posted anything since May 2025 on ******** according to ******** they are temporarily closed, There is a sign on door as of a week ago sorry temporarily closed. My wife and I now have to pay somebody to come look @ washer or try to fix ourselves. I feel like they are liar and cheaters and they false advertised their warranty and they fact they would cover it for a lifetime. I am not sure but I believe they have closed for good

      In late Feb, early March, 2025, I purchased a washing machine from this business for over $550 after seeing their ad on ********. I contacted them through ********, and then visited their store in person to finalize the purchase. The washer was sold with a full lifetime warranty for repairs, which they clearly stated and backed up with direct contact information.Less than a couple months later, the washer broke. I reached out for help, and they initially responded, saying someone would come fix it on Tuesday (over a week from request). I asked what time and from that moment on, they completely stopped responding. No one came. No one has answered my phone calls or texts since.This business has made zero effort to resolve the issue and has deliberately ignored all communication, despite promising lifetime support. This is false advertising and a breach of their stated warranty. It is dishonest, unprofessional, and unacceptable. They falsely advertise the warranty and are clearly still operating in fraud.
