    Last October I dropped off a window frame to have the glass repaired.i was told they had to order the glass and it would be in, in 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by, I never heard anything. I waited an additional week before trying to call. I called, no answer. I called the following week and the phone was disconnected. I went to the building and there was a sign on the door stating they were way behind on orders and would be closed until *******. I tried emailing to find out when my order when be in.. no response. ******* came around, I kept trying to call them to see when my order would be in, the phone was still disconnected.. I called their "emergency number " they had listed on their door, no answer. I left a voicemail, no one called me back. I even wrote them a letter asking for my window frame back.. no response. All I want is my window frame back!! I'm sure it's an absolute lost cause at this point.

    Left a window to be repaired . They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks to repair it. When I returned to pick it up there was a sign on the window stating they were closed until Jan. first. Can't find a way to get my window back (repaired or not).

    My parents took in my screen door for repair. The company has since closed their business and I was never notified to pick up my door. I've called their phone number and left a voicemail. I've reached out via email to both of their email accounts and I have not received an answer. I would like my property back.

    This is ***************************. I contacted this customer. I have been in here every day. **** too lunch and right back our dad died and we been here for 38 yrs we definitely have never not good be a customer their product. I have here paperwork where she picked it up this same day I belive this was filed not exact shure Im not with the paper but I did contact them. We live right next door I have a note on the door when we Will be in here. I just didnt put my personal cell phone number on it. We have police reports where we was broke into 3 times in one month at this same time. All in all the got this  item and our father passed away I was trying too change the message but the

    I dropped off a patio screen sliding door to be repaired with heavy duty dog screen. After several weeks I began calling never having someone answer live. I left numerous messages. I drove to the store where a sign on the door said they were permanently closed. I called again, left a message, and emailed them. I have heard nothing from them. I want my screen door back. Thank you
