On 12/28/2024 I went to T-mobile to take advantage of a cell phone trade-in. The offer was $1430 for two I phones 13 for two I phone 16 pro and new contract of $110 per plus the difference of between cost of the 16s and the 13s paid over 24 months. The difference was $1999.98 - $1430 is $569.98 and divided by 24 was to be $ ***** pre month, thus my monthly cost would be $133.75. For the last 7 months I have been charged as much as $192.71 and as little as $172.71. I have automatic payment and did not realize I was being overcharge until late April. On April ******* I went the store and talked with ****, he said there was an error and he called billing and after one hour plus he said it was taken care of and it would show up in my bill in at most two billing cycles. That did not happen and on May ******* I went back to the store and taked to **** and after another hour on the phone with billing I was told I would receive a call from ****. I did receive a call from **** at billing on 5/28/2025 to rectify the problem. I did talk to **** and he indicated it would be taken care of and the correction should show in at least two billing cycles. That did not happen and I went back to the store on more time and they said they could not fix it. They did try to offer me a lesser plan, but no compensation for my over payment. I called billing again and they said the store was in error and they needed to make it right. My last attempt with them they indicated they had could not do anything. To this date have been overcharged $312.73. I also have reached out to *** ****** of ************** for T-Mobile via email and have not recieve any correspondence from himm.$
