    They deserve a 0 . They took my friends truck while I was moving In to my apartment. I the resident here I'm allowed a parking place . I just hadn't got a parking pass yet . They were so mean and mad me pay 300 dollars. Then they demanded cash and won't give a receipt unless you beg the lady then she is s**** as f*** about it .

    Hello, Sorry you feel this way, I have the entire interaction on camera with sound. Nobody but you were s***** We have a signed contract to Tow 24/7 from that apartment complex. There was no moving boxes ect in the truck, There was no pass in the vehicle, and per our contract we did exactly what we were contracted to do. We do only except cash for impounded vehicles because of this problem right here, we would have to take the payment then you dispute the charges and get your money back. It was made aware to you that the impound was cash only prior to arriving, it is also posted inside our office that impounds are cash only due to disputes. The truck was picked up at 4:01pm and you didn't even call about it according to my call records for over 2 hours after we picked it up and our office was then closed, Which is why you had to pick it up the next day. We are open til 4:30PM. Just because we only take cash doesnt mean we dont have records of all the calls. I also dont have to give someone a receipt for something that doesnt belong to them, your "friend" wouldnt even come in the building and stood out front the entire time and you had to go back outside to get the keys from him.
