      On Thursday August 7, 2025 I met my childhood friends at Home Run Inn Pizza on 31st. street at 11 am for the Buffet. I was so happy and excited, we had not met for Lunch together since Home Run Inn' s Remodeling Grand Opening before the pandemic. There were 4 of us then , now, elee are 3... we are in our 80's now and require various assistance (Drivers/******/Wheelchair) . As we settled in (to the same table we had joined at our last visit) we were wondering where they had moved the Buffet , on our last visit, we sat right alongside it). We were told that the Buffet was only on Friday now. We had confirmed on the website that it was available that day, as this was something we had to plan out, and inlist the help of others . We stayed anyway and had lunch, but asked the Manager if we could come back as Home Run Inn's Guest for the Buffet and told No. We call **************** but our calls were neither answered nor returned. We have been Loyal Home Run Inn Customers for over 50 years.

      I ordered a small sausage pizza on April 10,2024 through Uber eats. I realize that I order from the wrong pizza place so I immediately called home run inn and canceled the order. The person who answered the phone told me to call Uber eats so that they wont bill my credit card. I chatted with the Uber eat and the response was that I couldnt get a refund because the order was reported as completed. I called the credit card Company US Bank, filed a complaint and was told that **** eats said the order was completed. Its not fair that I have to pay for a pizza $26. 78 that I did not receive!! I could have paid for my medication!!!! Please help me get a refund. Thank you

      While eating home run pizza I obtained a broke tooth, in the upper left side in the rear of my mouth, on FridayDecember 8th at 1:18 am.

      It was my daughters birthday and I signed her up for the birthday club for home running. Yes I imagine ** still signed up as ***** **** but I did not get the coupon for home run in it for a few years now and also I called him running to explain in *********** ******** that the coupons never arrive so usually one year I had to call the manager I said hold my birthday. Can I have the free pizza? She said yeah come in and she said I really cant do that again and then its true because the same thing happened with my daughter and I called them up and this is five years after I I had a compensation for mine and she said no I cant compensate it and I need a coupon and then I my grandma went in with my daughter and asked the same question says no I cant compensate even without the coupon or because theres no coupon and again I have to tell you there was no coupon set so I would like a coupon for a free large pizza for the whole family because I feel that was a tipping up. We wasted gas And we tried to explain our situation where the manager was formally compassionate to us, but you didnt have the email working 1-2 pizzas for compensation and I signed up everyone as how I know we shouldve been ***** up and its going on years your system is forgetting or not working offers
