    We hired this business to complete a kitchen remodel with a signed contract (attached). The project started on 3/22/24 and we were told it would be completed in 3-5 weeks. Early on in the project we started having problems with workers (being on time, working under the influence, nobody showing up). As the time went on we started challenging the contractor about his work, timeframes and updates on project. The contractor reported to us several times our kitchen cabinets were the hold up they were in production and he was just waiting. Both my husband and I asked who was making the cabinets and he would not tell us. So this went on for 3 weeks and no further work was done in my home. On 5/2/24 I had yet another conversation with the contractor asking him if he was stealing our money. On 5/3/24 my husband questioned him about the quality of the cabinets since he would not provide us with the manufacture. On 5/7/24 the contractor came to our home and decided to quit the project claiming the working environment was uncomfortable and uneasy. During that time we negotiated a refund of ****** with an understanding that our cabinets were complete and just needed to be paid for and picked up as he now provided us a name of the manufacture. We contacted that manufacture on 5/8/24 and were told there was never a cabinet order placed. So after 8 weeks of being without a kitchen we have to start all over from scratch and find a new contractor. We did get the ****** refunded but due to his dishonesty and problematic behavior throughout the project we would like to have a full refund ($5780) to compensate for the pain and suffering we have as a result of this bad business.

    I play an online game. I have proof that the game is a scam. Its not a money game. However, you can buy to play. Its a legit scam. I'd like others to be aware.

    I do apologize I sent via email and it did not go through. I have attached response below.

     

     

    Hello, this email is in regards to the complaint received by mail with ID# ********.

    The complaint the customer submitted is about an online game that was purchased.  My business Modish Technical Contractors is a remodeling/construction company we have no affiliation with a gaming company, nor have we ever heard of the customer.  Please note we believe the individual has filed this complaint with the wrong company.
