    I signed up with Anderson in November 2022. No one showed up for the initial service appointment and never contacted me. Since they never did the initial visit they didn't charge the fee but since November I keep getting monthly subscription bills via email and mail. I asked multiple times to remove me from their billing since they never been to my house but all I'm getting is the auto email that someone will contact me (never did) I do not want any contact, I will never have service with you, stop sending me bills, you've never did anything for me!

    I had work done by this company. Part of it was done seemingly well. They were then to have installed heating cables on my roof. I paid the entire bill thinking this was to have been done. As it turned out they claimed they were the wrong cables and would get the right ones. They charged me $900.+ for this part of the job. Several months went by, and they would not return my calls. Then I finally got in touch with someone and asked for a refund. They said it would be $300. When showing the $900.+ statement he had to discuss with manager. Manager ***************** advised that there had be pre-work done in attic to prepare for connecting the cables. The $300.00 I guess was just the cables. After much back and forth, they came out and installed the cables. They were plugged into an outside outlet, with the cord coming down my eves drainpipe. One section of the cables was plugged into an outlet that doesnt even work. Then I discover that they were installed incorrectly. That was in early Dec. 2022. They have yet to get this resolved, and wont return my requests for answers. Clearly there was no pre-preparations for the cables in the attic. They have totally conned me. They need to get things done correctly or reimburse me the entire amount.

    We had a pest problem in our home around November 2021, we had rodents, and a squirrel that was coming in and out of a hole that we had in our roof. We contacted Anderson Pest Control to come out early January to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate to repair the hole in the roof, get rid of the mice, and close up any openings that the house had to completely fix the problem. On January 25th we signed a contract through GreenSky lending that allowed us to finance the entire job, which was $7,000. Work began early February, which consisted of setting traps for the squirrels coming in and out, catching the mice/rats and sealing off part of our basement which had exposed holes where rodents could get in. The work was done by one person, over the period of over 4 weeks, they would show up once maybe twice a week depending on their schedule. We often contacted *****, who was the person that first gave us the quote and signed us up for the job. He was very hard to get a hold of when we needed an update on the job. Sometime around April 18th ***** stopped taking our calls, no response to our texts and stopped coming to our house to finish. They left the basement unfinished, they only did about 60% of the insulation job, we had to finish the rest ourselves, they left traps outside the house that they were supposed to collect.We contacted Anderson pest control several times over the course of the last year, we called the main number, asked to speak to *****, the receptionist would tell us that she would relay the message and have him call us back. He never did. We called back and spoke to one of the Managers, ***, who also said they would contact *****. He often said himself, its hard to get ahold of him but I will keep you posted.Its been a year now since we have had any contact with anyone, we have been more than patient with this issue, we are still being billed and we now refuse to pay for work that was left unfinished. Other things happened as well.

    Rat problem over 6 months in my front yard and back yard. We are seniors who have lived at this address for 25 years and have never had a pest problem. Our yard is clean with only grass and a sidewalk of cement. Our one car garage is clean without clutter. A few years ago our neighbors on the left moved in and started to do some remodeling. Their son moved in with his family also and wood clutter, toys, and storage items filled their yard. This year our neighbors on the right moved in and started feeding birds and squirrels throwing seeds and bread in their yard. The rats moved into our yards and I called the ****************. **************************** from the village pest control placed a black bait box in our backyard and said that Anderson Pest Solutions would service the box every 3 weeks. This never happened. *************** was kind and gave us another bait box, taking away the old one. Again he said that Anderson Pest Solutions would be servicing the box and had them call me to schedule service. They arranged dates on every Wednesday in November. On Nov 2 they didn't arrive. They went to ***************************************** which is the **************** building instead of my address. On Nov 9 they didn't show up either. The technician checked it off as service given. He obviously went to a different address because I was in the yard waiting next to the box and no one came. All they can do is file a complaint to the technician. This doesn't help because the rats are multiplying and are wandering my front and backyard even during daytime. The neighbors on the left cleared 10% of the yard after *************** spoke to them. Neighbors on the right stopped the birdseed but continue to feed the squirrels. The account number with ********************** Pest is ******* under ****************. *************** is kind, patient, and helpful. His number is ************. I can't afford to pay a ************ and would like Anderson Pest Solutions to please honor their contract and help us control the rat population.
