    this complaint is for Lumpp and sons *** located at670 **************************************************************** *********** on 6 30 2023 i ********************* took my 2013 cls 550 4***** Mersedes Benz to get2 front air ***** suspension strut shocks. Repaired i communicated with the owner ******* a week prior discussing my problem several times/ is he experienced with my cars issues he said yes with confidence I've worked on several car just like yours it's probably a leak in your system i got you covered no worries;' PS; I was referred to him by a friend bad decision. a week later he claimed the car was ready it wasn't functioning ''correctly.'' in terms of once you start the car it auto*****ally rises about 2 to 3 ***hes to driving height position that's how the car is built and manufactured. it didn't do so 0n the dash cluster reading it states wait the car is rising you can see and feel it doing so; I've had the car 3 years that what it did every time i started it the rear air shocks was still rising saying car is to low in the front shut off the engine when i took the car to him he argued me that car doesn't have those functions he set the car to high stuck on one level during a calibration of the air shocks done ***orrectly. He wont show me the old air shocks to prove he installed new ones so now he claims its air ride sensors is why its not adjusting auto*****ally. A week later now its 2 weeks in its not working properly again he's charging me for parts i don't need he doesn't no what he's doing he's guessing and lying to customer's to rip them off instead of being honest and professional he doesn't want to correct the problem but charged me **** hundred dollars because he said he put *********************** parts complaining/i said you own the shop why should customers front the money for parts said once the job is done ill gladly pay you i still paid **** hundred dollars trying to work with him i have my receipt on 7 10 2023 on 7 14 2023 he claim the car was ready it wasn't i refuse to pay the balance he called me a ***** and pointed his finger in my face saying he's done with my car and just want free money my girlfreind stepped between us to avoid a fight his son witnessing his father about to attack me the camera footage will show the foul play i witnessed the owner ******* and the mechanics drinking beers in the front office while customers were still present ******* stated he didnt give dont care if i reported him to the BBB or the attorney general in regards of a higher authority figure to take legal action against him PS; sorry that my complaint is so long i wanted to give a ******* clear descripted detail of what really took place ide appreciate you professional assistance in this delicate ''matter''/

    3/19/2023 Paid $1646.54 for a steering rack replacement and ******* Lumpp released the car back to me after he performed a negligent repair. Power steering is barely working and the wheel doesnt return to center or drive straight with the wheel centered. Contacted him almost a dozen times over the last 25 days and he wont let me bring the car back or give me any answers.

    I brought my vehicle to the repair facility on August 17, 2022, because smoke was coming out of the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle on August 26, 2022, and paid $1,215.84 for the repairs. Then, the next day, I returned the vehicle because the vehicle had the same problem; smoke was coming out of the vehicle. I waited a week & the car just sat around collecting ******** drove by several time & could see that it had not been moved, so I picked up the vehicle because you were not working on it. I would like a full refund because no repairs were actually made. Initially, we agreed on $600, but ******* kept saying that something was wrong with my wifes ***** account- which there isnt because other payments are received via the same account. So we hired an attorney - hence the entire refund request, On 10/14, ******* emailed the attorney to say that he would send the payment on Monday, 10/17/22, but its now 10/31- still no payment has been received. Another failed promise!
