      Poor communication, all your communication ends up to the marketing person only. The real Workers won't hear none of those, they will be left to figure everything out once they get to your place. No communication between workers and your contact person. Seems very much like a third party kind of thing. So save yourself talking to the market person and speak directly to the people who will deal with your roof etc.
