    Eclipse SC failed to respond to close to one dozen emails between April and **** regarding my son ******s team which they dissolved in ********** and forced to Darien. The Naperville Site Director and Eclipse Leadership failed to reply and handle multiple situations. Upon learning they switched my sons location to ******, I requested a refund of the down payment on my daughters team in **********. - **** 10 & 23:As a follow-up to the item belows and due to multiple issues with the Naperville Eclipse program since August 2024:1. ****** ********* Current Team - ********* Solar ********** 2014 Boys Placed Team - ********* Solar ********** 2014 Boys - Per offer Letter May 9, 2025 - My repeated follow-up requests about where he would be placed if there were not enough boys were ignored - **** 6, 2025 - another coach told the children's father that ****** would be placed on Naperville 2013 Solar - **** 9, 2025 phone call with **** ***** - he informed me that any remaining boys would be moved to ****** 2014 Solar - ****** is respectfully declining the forced move to Darien - If anyone would like to discuss the other issues on this team - and has wondered or even cared why the boys are all leaving - I'm sure I and any other parents would welcome the opportunity for someone to investigate since the Naperville staff has repeatedly turned a blind eye to issues, further allowing them to continue.2. ***** ****************** ********** 2014 Training Only He is declining this option.3. ****** *********Current Team - ********* Lunar Naperville 2017 Girls Placed Team - ********* Lunar Naperville 2017 Girls - Offer Letter April 18, 2025 I am requesting a prompt refund of the down payment made on her acceptance / team placement due to the switch in ******s team's location and multiple continued issues from the ********** location.- There were also challenges that should not be allowed to happen with her team this year, should anyone wish to know more.
