    This company moved my household from Iowa to Peoria on May 20, 21, and 22. They packed my belongings, loaded and drove the truck, and unloaded and unpacked for me.

    My 4 year old expensive (over $2000) refrigerator was damaged with deep gouges and scratches while in the truck. The owner, a gentleman named *******, and I agreed that he would refund me $500 for the damage. This agreement was finally made a week after the move. It's now over 2 weeks later, and while he promises "there's a check in the mail," or "someone will bring a check over to your house" day after day (I've been calling him daily), there is never a check presented to me. I've run out of patience with his promises, and decided to file a complaint with you.
