              On April 3rd 2024 I recently spent 3k for a high end surface pro 9 laptop. It arrived april 9th via *** deeply scratched on both the front a back. The computer was also supposed to be retrofitted for an additional $30. It came without the allstate retrofit programming which is unacceptable. I had to pay for shipping out of my own pocket to return the laptop to CDW, also unacceptable.I was told by **** from CDW that I have to wait for a refund and then place an order for a new laptop. This can take more than a week. I am asking for your help in this case to get a new laptop without having to wait for a refund. The account manager at ********************** by the name of ************* will not return my calls or emails which raises a red flag.

              ********** Ordered a Surface from them. We didn't open the box for more than a week due to our IT guy being on vacation. We reported the Surface had a cracked screen 17 days after the unit arrived. The report was sent on their website and I received no response for over a week so i had to call them. I called the number on the email and after being disconnect 3 times finally got a person. She told me I had to talk to my Salesperson. I didn't even know I had a salesperson, she didn't ask him to call me I had to reach out to him after 2 more days. His response was you are over the 15 days we allow sorry nothing we can do. Actually his return email said I was over 30 days which I responded no it was 17 days. He never responded to my actual details of the shipment. I guess I will take my 25 Surfaces and 35 other tablets to somebody that gives a **** because CDW doesn't. Yes the totals above are accurate as we are moving to a paperless environment and need that equipment over the next 6 weeks. Customer service is not hard this salesperson who I have never spoke to or dealt with is awful and if he worked for me he would be terminated. One for not reaching out to his clients EVER and two for being just a jerk when a question was asked of him.
