      Fees On Fees On Fees Overpriced basic lease equipment. They had the wrong email on file and our company never received a monthly statement or any kind of communication from PayRoc. The account was set up with an auto-pay (we received our daily deposits and we paid our monthly bill thru this feature). After 3 months of service, a *** FEE started being applied to our payment. (Without any notice or communication) After over a YEAR of paying a *** fee, wireless fee, and consumer choice fee, ON TOP OF OUR CUSTOMERS BEING CHARGED A PERCENT WITH EACH TRANSACTION, a new accountant questioned the cost of service and contacted PayRoc. They did answer questions, changed the wrong email, and informed us that the *** fee could be taken away once we complied. We got compliant, and were refunded for 2 months of *** fees but charged again the following statement ?!?!?! When we reached out about the new *** fee they said there was nothing they could do and we were already refunded once.... We canceled our service. The representative that helped with canceling said they would send our service agreement over to review the *** Compliance Agreement and Cancellation Fee. They never sent it over and our company was charged $595. Outside of these last few months of bad service. The website used to manage your portal is dated and not as helpful with reporting as others. The End of Day deposits would batch together sometimes and we wouldn't get a daily, but 3 days together. It was inconsistent and unreliable. The representative/director that set us up is a joke and extremely unhelpful. Definitely fee scammed by the change in fees and monthly charges. I would recommend another service for anything looking to sign up. PayRoc is not worth the headache.

      Terrible! I canceled my account with them and mailed the overpriced leased equipment back in September, which I have proof of. They claim it was not received nor did I complete all the proper paperwork to close the account and continued billing our company in spite of numerous requests to cease. Even charged me the annual renewal fee when they knew **** good and well I did not want to renew. Stay away from them-our new processing provider charges less to actually process the transactions than Payroc/Retriever did for nothing.

      On 7/12/2023 the Sales Rep with Payroc set up my business with 2 credit card processors and took my current company machines with him to return as part of his welcome to Payroc " We do everything for you so you don't have to worry we even cancel your current service. " I have changed providers a few times over the past 7 years and have always handled the cancelation and return of equipment and never had any issues. I signed the *** agreement / lease agreement and was told no charge for equipment that again everything was covered no other documents where given other than marketing material. I though nothing more until a few weeks go by and I am still being charged by my old provider. On 9/8/2023 I contacted my old provider to question drafts for services not rendered to find out that Payroc never cancelled my service with them and no return equipment. I reached out to Payroc Sales Rep and was informed that yes they had been told and that the equipment was returned "may have crossed in the mail " I was told he would contact them and email them with proof of what I was told . I recieved emails from my old credit card processor and collection notices. I again reached out to Payroc sales Rep to be told he had taken care of it. I also reached out to my old company and told them what he had been telling me and that he was emailing them with the proof. I was also forwarding the emails to Payroc sales rep along with copy of the collection letter and fees I was now being charged! I decided on 10/2/2023 to file a writing cancelation to my old provider and that trigered a return of equipment email which I forwarded to Payroc. Was told again equipment had been returned I asked for proof never received. This caused old provider to draft equipment draft out of my account which caused fees to be charged. I have filed complaints and to this date no help from Payroc and they have refused to take responsibility!!! I have lost thousands at this point and e-mails to prove this

      I was with ****** when they werepurchased by Mind Body. At the time ******************** Systems was the merchant account. ********************** took over Integrity under Mind Body. In April of ***** I changed to ************** CRM system, and shut down my account with ****** and Integrity (PayRoc). I have had no charges from them since August of 2021. And I confirmed that everything was closed with ****** and Integrity (PayRoc). I just realized PayRoc has been charging me for over 2 years, and I have not used them for any processing. I called, and asked them to shut down the account and please refund my money. Let me reiiterate I HAVE NOT USED THIS ACCOUNT IN OVER 2 YEARS. They told me that they could only refund me 3 months of payments. I have paid for over 2 years, and this account has been inactive. I did everything I was instructucted to do to shut down the account. And the charges are fraudulent. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

      I tried them for a couple of months, but immediately pulled the machine when they decided to try and dictate policy. They use strong arm tactics and threatened to freeze your finance account, if we would not sign an agreement to not sell a product that was against our policy anyway. Our local rep was excellent, as you can see most positive reviews are about the Reps. Don't confuse those reviews with the corporation which is very disreputable. Fortunately for us we keep all emails as I was able to take that to our bank to stop them from continually taking money from our account that they were not entitled to. Extremely anti-second Amendment !!!

      We had a rep stop by bragging about NO contract No termination fees with their service We were not happy with them for the majority of almost a year I called the rep and he picked up the equipment and here 5 1/2 months later we are still having money stolen out of our account the rep NEVER cancelled the service for the equipment we have not had since end of December I finally managed to get someone today and NOW they want ****** for early termination I do NOT like being lied to and blatantly ripped off!!! ****** dollars removed from our account just in April alone!!! I am astounded reading reviews and hearing the same issues we had with them. Im supposed to get a call from them tomorrow to see how it can be resolved but so far they say we owe ****** for using them with NO EQUIPMENT and they wont refund what I consider STOLEN money....BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

There was miscommunication between both parties, which resulted in the account not being closed. You originally boarded with ** in 2020, and then opened ** a new account type in February 2022. At this time, the *** was applied due to new equipment being provided. We have honored your original agreement and removed the *** of $375. We have also issued a goodwill refund in fees, amounting to $566.25 which will be refunded in **** business days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and hope this reassures you that we strive to meet our clients expectations.

      No communication and a bunch of hidden fees. I also didnt even know my merchant services switched from one company to Payroc. During mandatory shutdowns of businesses such as mine (bar/restaurant) they kept charging fees and fined me monthly because I didnt take a survey and a test that NOBODY TOLD US ABOUT. Also never corrected what they said they would. Worst Company for communicating to their customers (even the ones who didnt seem to have a choice to use them).
