    Order placed July 27th 2024. Waited for close to a month and reached out only to be given excuses. Everytime I have emailed their responses have been excuses. Yes, they are responding, no, they arent doing what they say they will. only thing they have done is cancel my order and not refunded me after months of asking. They keep offering to ship and I have gone back and forth saying just do one or the other but do something. Currently they still have me waiting thinking that we are waiting for the refund to go through which it hasnt. While they are responding to me I still join a long list of people whom havent gotten a product or refund. This was a birthday gift for my son back in August and I still have neither the product or money.

    Date of transaction: July 10th, 2024 8:49am Amount Paid: ****** Nature of Dispute: I haven't received the product, and even after multiple attempts to contact them, I haven't heard from the business. I would either like the product they sold me or a full refund.Has the business tried to resolve the problem? Nope, they haven't responded to me at all.

    Made a purchase from the website on January 22nd 2024 and have still not received it. Ive emailed a silly amount of times to try to get a human being to respond to me and nothing. This is a scam. Their website mentions a delivery guarantee.

    I placed an order on Migswitchstore on January 31, 2024. I have not yet received my order in nearly 6 months of waiting.They keep claiming that they have a stock issue, but i have confirmed with the manufacturer that all early stock issues were resolved in May.I would like the product i ordered, as I can no longer get a refund via chargebacks with my ********** (as that card is now closed). They have also refused to refund me thus far as well.

    I had three orders in January 2024. The seller has never shipped anything to me. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and the seller will not refund me. The seller just keeps trying to stall me and I need help now getting my money back that I need for bills. Please please help me! I don't know what to do to get my money back.

    This was already resolved and fully refunded in customer favor he said he reached back out to you guys to clear things up which it looks like he didnt i attached a png above showing a full refund was processed may 17 this was over a month ago
