5 starsVery happy and satisfied with Jesse and Gunner, the 2 guys that Window World sent to take the old windows out and install new ones. They were quick, very professional, knowledgeable and informative when I asked any questions and when they were done they did a great job cleaning up. 2 starsStarted the whole process in June 2023.
The salesman was great. He is the reason we went with Window World. Things went down hill when the guy who measures the existing windows for proper fit of the new windows from Window World measured every window incorrectly. This was discovered after the new windows were delivered and the installation crew informed me ALL the windows were the wrong size, and did not fit! Eight weeks later, new windows arrived, but the 2 picture windows had the incorrect mounding and could not be installed. Eight week later, the installation crew came back and installed the picture windows. In the mean time, 6 of my windows that were installed previously had bad bulb seals and my windows iced up on the inside and we had water all over the inside of the window sills. Still waiting for a rep to come and replace the bad seals. What an experience!!Review fromTerrence W

5 starsWe could not be happier with our new windows! The crew was quick, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully. The windows are gorgeous. The match to the original woodwork in our 90-year-old house is imperceptible, and they look even better than we had hoped. Now, we just have to sit back and enjoy the energy savings!Window World of Central Illinois

5 starsHad a sliding patio door replacement on 12/18/23. Everything from start to finish went perfectly.
Jesse did an amazing professional job with the installation. I could not be any happier. I'm in need of window replacements next year and will definitely be giving Window World a call.Window World of Central Illinois

5 starsWould buy from them again. Order process was easy. Installation was professional and the installers took the time to do it right. They cleaned up the site. My wife and I had nothing to do. Their price,for the windows were $400 less than the competition. Well done.Window World of Central Illinois
