4 starsMy only complaint about Window World itself is that they didn't inform me that there would be a different company installing the windows. The company installing the windows did not clean them properly and left glue residue on the windows that I had to clean. They also took down my blinds and put them up backwards so that I could not open or close them. I had to have a relative change that for me. The windows themselves work fine and I have no complaints about the windows.Window World of Central Illinois

5 starsFrom the estimate to the scheduling and customer service to the installation, everything went so smoothly with our windows that I won’t recommend anyone but window world! 5 starsWe had such a positive experience with Window World! From getting our estimate to the day of installation- all great. The installation crew was timely, professional and did a great job cleaning up both inside and outside. I appreciated having a field manager pop by before the crew left to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Window World for anyone looking to get new windows!Review fromTom B

5 starsChazz that came out to do estimate was very helpful. Originally the windows were estimated to come in between 8-10 weeks and they called just after 3 weeks and said they were in and could install the next day. The crew that came was here about 4 hours and did a fabulous job - even while fighting all the cicadas. They took any bugs that came in back outside and cleaned up everything just like it was before. Love the windows and would recommend Window World to anyone that wants quality windows at a very affordable price with great people to work with.Window World of Central Illinois
