      I purchased a complete set of Black Mountain Products resistance bands and accessories via ******. The items arrived accompanied by documentation from the company, affirming they are covered under a lifetime warranty. Despite this assurance, my attempts to initiate a warranty claim have been wholly unacknowledged. I have reached out to the company on three separate occasionsutilizing two distinct email addresses listed for their customer serviceand have yet to receive any form of response.Of particular concern is a critical product failure: the green resistance band snapped abruptly during routine use while performing bicep curls. In addition, I have observed the early formation of superficial, hairline cracks on several of the other bands, raising serious concerns regarding the integrity and safety of the remaining components.The resistance band that failed during use resulted in a noticeable welt on my forearm. While the injury was not substantial, it underscores the potential severity of such product failures. Had the band recoiled toward a more vulnerable areasuch as the eyethe consequences could have been catastrophic, potentially resulting in permanent injury or vision impairment. The lack of responsiveness from the company, coupled with the evident material degradation of multiple bands, is deeply troublingespecially for a product marketed with a lifetime warranty and intended for physical exertion.Given the seriousness of this safety concern and the company's lack of response to repeated warranty inquiries, I am actively considering legal counsel to explore appropriate avenues for resolving this matter.
