    There have been two incidents Ive had at this track this year. The first one was a few months back. I was practicing on the track and one of the employees crossed the live track on a four ******* in front of me and caused me to almost loose control. If I had hit the four ******* it would have been life threatening. Most recently I was practicing on the track again and the owner Less ***** began moving the grass while the track was live crossing the track constantly with the mower and leaving grass clippings all over the track. I stopped practicing and asked if we could blow off the track so I could continue or if I could get a refund for 1/2 the day that I would not be participating in. They refused and started an argument. I packed up my things and left the track. I dont really care about a refund but the track owners and employees are operating unsafely and it needs to be reported before someone else is seriously injured. I know there has been at least one broken leg in the last 12 months that was avoidable

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My skill level has nothing to do with this. I was posting good lap times and making progress. After a few changes in setup I attempted to go back on track and after seeing the mess that was made on track I pulled in without making a lap. This is unacceptable business practice and could seriously injure someone. As for your worker on the four *******, he has an extreme lack of awareness of his surroundings.
