    We paid Bae Cleaners 30 dollars on June 28th to clean my prom dress. On july 9th we went to pick up the dress and the color was completely different. The color turned from a deep mauve to a neon pink. The business claimed there was no change to the dress. I purchased this dress for 470 dollars plus 20 for alterations. The seller stated she originally bought this dress for 1000 dollars. It has been worn exactly twice and is a year old. The business initially insisted they could only provide 50 dollars in store credit. My mom negotiated and they went up to 200 in store credit. However, my mom returned this store credit, as we did not want to continue to do business with them in the future and would rather resolve the issue in a different manner. The business refused to reimburse with any actual money.

    We apologize for the dress not coming out as expected, but the only way to clean that dress was by dry cleaning. The beads on the dress has a manufacturer defect in changing colors once it is dry cleaned. All the beads changed colors, not just partial parts of the dress so our technicians did not realize it changed colors in the first place. We make an effort to inform our customers of any issues with their garments before they notice it. There was no way for us to know the defects on the dress until the very dirty dress dragged through dirt was dry cleaned. We already made a deal with the customer by giving her future credits for double the amount of the reimbursement to win her future business. The customer has another choice of accepting a reimbursement of $100 which includes the dry cleaning cost refunded. We always want to resolve our issues in an amicable way within reason. We apologize again and hope ***** reconsiders store credits offer which have the best value.
