      I used Beltmann to move from ********* ** to ******** **. they also provided storage for 3 months. we moved into our new home on March 20, 2022. it was recommended that i take out an insurance policy from the sales man, $0 deductible and up too $43,000 worth of insurance. they gave me 3 months to unpack and file a claim if I needed to. the person on the day of the move went over some of the damaged items and reiterated that I had 3 months to put in a claim. I did file a claim for missing items and busted and damaged furniture. I sent picture i had gotten estimates I did all the leg work. a month went by and finally they set a meeting with a third party repair company. my garage if full of damaged furniture and I showed the man everything I had. I asked if he saw any of the paperwork I submitted and he send no but send it to me. I have repedidly asked for the update of my claim without any response for over a month now. since this company is an A+ rated company with you I would think you could help get this resolved.
