    On 4/21/25 signed contract to have my roof replaced 5/9/25 was for supply to come to the house 5/12 /25 was to do the roof I did not get the supply or the roof replaced ****** showed up saying he didnt know what happened ****** (the boss) called asking for a extension of a week 5/12 I ok that Here it is 6/5/25 I called to cancel and refund my money and not to come to my house or I will call the police ( I was told to do that by Just Answer) and to go to small claims court ****** said that I signed a contract and gave a down payment (******** ) thre is no going back I only had 3 days to cancel this was not in the contract have a very bad roof it will not last much longer he couldnt answer my calls but he answered this no

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. While we understand Marys frustration regarding the delay, we want to clarify that the project did experience unexpected supply chain issues that impacted our original timeline.


    The contract was signed in April, and we originally aimed to begin construction on May 12. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen supplier-related delays, we were not able to proceed as planned. We communicated these issues as they developed and worked diligently to find a solution however we could have commuincated better no matter what we were going through as a business and for that I do apologize. 


    Since then, weve been in direct contact with **** and her son, and were happy to report that everything has been resolved to their satisfaction. Materials have been officially ordered, and we have provided documentation of that order. Were fully committed to delivering on our promises and ensuring that this project is completed with care and professionalism.


    We value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to make things right. I am never hear to make excuses and I will take accountablity for the lack of communication that created Mrs. ******** worry but I am confident to say that she will end up another happy customer with all problems solved!

    I signed a contract with ****** Scaduto, owner of Scaduto Solutions on 1/28/25. The scope of the work was to remove and replace the shingled roof, remove and replace the solar panels, and install vinyl siding. The agreed upon amount for the total job was $40,000. I wrote ****** a check for $20,000 which was cashed the next day. According to the contract, work was to begin within 30 days. The work started over 2 months later on 4/3/25 with the solar panels being removed. Even though the contract included the removal of the panels, I had to pay ***************** of Valdosta, *** $3500 for the work to begin. The roofers started work shortly afterwards. After running short on materials, the roof was completed about a week later. I had to call Kingdom Solar to come and replace the panels because the contractor failed to do so. On 4/21/25 a had to pay another $3500 to have them replaced. ****** never ordered the siding and now that, according to ******, the price of materials has gone up by 20% in the last 3 months, ****** does not what to honor the contract. Now ****** wants to back out of the contact because he says "We are under water on that job". I feel that if materials were ordered when I paid half up front he would not be "under water". ****** also said in a text message "I'm gonna take 100% responsibility". In my opinion, 100% responsibility would be to complete the job as outlined in the contract Scaduto Solutions should finish the job that they started. I paid $20,000 up front and another $7000 to Kingdom Solar for a total of $27,000. To uphold my end of the contract I need to pay $13,000 when the job is completed.

    We acknowledge that a contract was signed on January 28, 2025, for a full project scope including roof replacement, solar panel removal and reinstallation, and vinyl siding, at an agreed price of $40,000. The homeowner paid $20,000 upfront, and we promptly began the roofing portion of the job.


    Due to unforeseen supplier price increasestwo separate hikes since the contract was signedthe cost of siding materials alone rose by approximately $4,000. To prevent taking a loss on the remaining work, we communicated the updated costs and offered to complete the siding for the balance of the full contract amount ($20,000), effectively honoring the original price structure without requesting additional funds.


    The solar panel removal and reinstall were initially included in the contract; however, when the homeowner elected to contract directly with *****************, he assumed responsibility for coordinating and paying that vendor. That arrangement was agreed upon early in the process to avoid delays and ensure the specialized solar work could be performed on his preferred timeline.


    At no point was there an attempt to mislead or avoid responsibility. We remained in consistent communication, and I (******) personally stated that I take full responsibility for how this project unfolded. We truly regret that rising material costs impacted our ability to complete the entire project under the original terms, and we made every effort to present fair solutions.


    We value our customers and reputation, and we are hopeful we can reach an amicable resolution that reflects the work completed and the realities of this rapidly changing construction market.

    10-7-2022 had Scaduto roofing to do house an garage paid ********* for job call an call for an called with no response to my calls . Our insurance company needs prove of what was done before the roofs are approved an list of materials used. Not a hard thing They took the check they got paid . Whats the problem .

    I emailed a copy of the *** (certificate of completion) after receiving the request from ***************** on 01/10/2023. I also offered to mail a hard copy if she needed or did not have access to print it.

    I am rejecting this response because: The file they sent is empty nothing on it. And we never received any email after he called and spoke to myself. And phone number he called from was not a valid phone number. So no not satisfied. 
    No we don't accept never received a receipt from anyone. And they called from a fake number
