    Total scam. Ordered **** for a Christmas gift and received knock-offs a month later with the word FASHION on them. They won't respond for me to return and receive a refund. Call your bank to dispute charges if you get taken by them and report their ******** page too. Companies like this need to go away!

    BUYER BEWARE. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
    I placed an order online through the company website, mysoftslipper.com on 9-18-24. Stated delivery timeline is 14-21 business days, so according to that timeline I should have received my order by 10-12-24.
    I received a shipping tracking number within 5-10 days of placing my order. I checked on shipment as soon as I received that info, and learned the product ships from China, it is not warehoused or shipped from the USA. (Had I known this I never would have placed an order with them).
    As of 10-18-24, THIRTY DAYS from the order date, tracking shows my order is still sitting in China at its point of origin. I emailed the company and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money as it appears my order is lost in China since it hasn’t moved for 30 days. They replied the next day and told me they cannot cancel and refund at this state because the order is “fulfilled”.
    After reading multiple reviews from other consumers who have never received their orders and cannot get refunds, I believe THIS IS A SCAM They will “fulfill” the order and leave the consumer in shipping limbo so they have no recourse to get their money back.
    I am thankful I used PAYPAL so they do not have my credit card info!
    If for some reason I am wrong, and my order miraculously shows up some day, I will update my review with the details of delivery timeframe, accuracy of the order, and condition of the item when received.

    SCAM!!! ORDERED IN APRIL STILL NOTHING!!!! THEY DONT ANSWER THE **************** IS A JOKE! THANKS FOR TAKING MY $!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF??

    I ordered a pair of men's shoes in Grey. Took over almost 2 months to receive the order. When I got them they were Tan in color not Grey. I asked to return them to be told the warehouse had been moved to ***** and I would have to pay shipping cost. They offered to return 20% of the $48+ purchase cost. I asked for a refund after the initial 10 business days had passed after the order was placed. My request was ignored every time. This company needs to be banned from any platform they are advertising on.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would ordered my daughter a pair of **** light up shoes a month ago took them 2 weeks to ship them and the tracking number I was given does absolutely no good because it isnt showing anything about where the shoes are and when emailing them I get an automated email!! Extremely disappointed because now I have an upset child who was hoping to have the shoes for the first day of school thank goodness I ordered a second pair from fabkids who is amazing and got her shoes here in time and reasonably priced!

    Scam! We ordered shoes from them, took almost 2 months to get them. In the mean time I was emailing them asking about the order. I kept getting the run around. We finally get the shoes, not what we ordered. It was a joke! Now no one will answer my emails. Do not buy from this company.

    Complete and total scam! Do not buy anything from this company! They listed Hey Dude shoes as a product. I selected the yellow and black pair I wanted, paid the normal going price for Hey Dudes. 7 weeks later a pair of solid charcoal off-hand shoes came. They kids of look like Hey dudes, but the quality is garbage and they are definately not what I ordered. It has a logo of a shoe on it instead of the Hey dudes I ordered and paid for. Textbook bait and switch. I knew something was up when I got an international shipping notification. Their site should be blocked until they market their products properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

    I can't muster up energy to give this clown show 1 star. Stay far far away. Paid for shoes 7 weeks ago. Still waiting after web site says 3 weeks. Liars!!!
