    Misleading practices. We went in to get a quote for kitchen remodel and take advantage of the 3 year free financing they were offering. Quote was finished and we were sent a link for the financing...or what we were told. The link was for a credit card instead that didn't even cover a third of the cost. Now our credit has been hit for a hard inquiry for a credit card we don't want. Husband tried to call them and was told the person **** that he needed to speak to was unavailable and would call him back. When he didn't receive a return call, husband called back and was told that **** left for the day. I called them later and **** answered the phone and double talked about how the financing was a credit card (he said he discussed that but it was never mentioned at all by anyone there) and that we'd need to call the credit card company to request an increase. If we cannot trust them to be forthcoming why would I trust them in my home with a remodel?!
