5 starsI needed movers **** because I had to move to ***** for work. Their sales rep ******* got everything set up quickly, and the crew was at my house within two days.They handled all my stuff with great care: I have a lot of fragile glass items and statues, and everything was professionally packed and wrapped. Not a single fragile thing was damaged upon delivery which I truly appreciate!I did pay extra for a guaranteed delivery date, but the delivery was right on time, so it was worth it. I'm very happy my friend recommended this company to me, highly recommend!Review fromChristine W

1 starThis Moving ** is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Broken items, missing items, damaged items and was charged extra fees on top of a move that never happened. Was charged ***** for a 200 mile trip. Lied to by *** several times. Worst of it is that they blamed me for their handling of my items and have not reached out to even deal with the missing items, damaged items etc. They just wanted their money, didnt check in my items as promised, They over charged me and handled this move with disrespect and ignorance. My property they packed was damaged, yet they say its my fault. I would be very cautious when trusting this **mpany in the ********** area for your move local or long distance. I will be **ntacting the BBB as I have photos, audio re**rdings, etc, of the many lies they told, and pictures of how they delivered my items. They left trash and cigarette butts on my property and laughed at us **ntinuously as they seen me upset with the **ndition of my items being brought in broken, scratched, damaged! This **, in my opinion scams people in a big way, please be very careful choosing them as you might end up with more a headache having to file a law suit to get reimbursement for the damage that they will cause to your belongings. BEWARE!!!!! Choose a different ** if you want your property to arrive safe, undamaged, and all there. Refrigerator, 2mattresses 2 box springs 2 Oak dressers TV stand vacuum cleaner bed frames, chairs, tables left in pieces on the floor, my plastic moving boxes broken to pieces my mothers urn cracked because of their packing. These are just a few of the items that I will have to replace because of their negligence. They laughed, and after all of this, wanted me to tip them for ruining my things. 5 starsI needed a mover to move a bunch of furniture, boxes, exercise equipment, and beds from one house to another 54 miles away in *************. I got a few quotes and most of them had mileage or travel time charges and so forth. White Gloves had a flat hourly rate for 2 movers and a truck, including moving supplies like blankets and shrink wrap. I was honestly a bit nervous because it seemed too good to be true and rate was lower that other hourly offers. The company was formed in 2024 according to their website. Only one review on Yelp, and less than 20 on ****** but all 5 star. On the day of the move ****** and **** showed up on time and carefully filled up the truck. They were awesome! These guys were strong and basically power lifted everything, and yet they had amazing control, and my furniture never touched a wall or a doorway or anything. They worked hard the entire time (always a worry if the charge is by the hour). When we realized I had more stuff than would fit in the truck, they agreed to make two trips. It was 10 hours of time (starting when the arrived at first house until they were ready to leave the second house), and the charge was 10 times the hourly rate (as expected). They dont take checks and I used Zelle. Best moving experience Ive ever had and Ill definitely use them again.White Gloves Moving, LLC
