    This business agreed to work on my *******. They sent over an estimate and we agreed upon what they would fix. They then kept my vehicle for over a month. Only responding to with updates when I reached out. They then come up with something else is broken on my car but because they couldn’t immediately find the part they put my vehicle back together broken and wanted to charge me again once I found the part to take it apart. Then while they were supposed to fixing that they ignored me for over a week until they finally told me they crashed my car. They originally lied and put the blame on a tow truck company but when pushed for the information they came up with another story that doesn’t explain the damage including staging photos. I have been without my vehicle for over 3 months and it has just today been towed to a collision center to begin repairs. They have minimally spoke to me and have offered nothing for the suffering this has put my family through. We work 2 full time jobs and have 4 kids to shuffle around to activities and the shop has felt zero remorse about this entire situation.
