    Zero stars. Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. They put me off 5 weeks last year to open my pool I called several times. They would give a date. Never show. This year I had a repair on a two year old cover they installed and it took over 6 weeks before they came to look at it. Even called several times. It was a safety issues. We always close it after every use because we have pets and kids. They finally fix it. Then send me a bill that was newer a thousand dollars. No heads up it wasn’t covered by warranty. No estimate prior to repair. They did discount the bill some but I’m still very upset over the fact I had to wait so long. I had to buy fencing to fully enclose my pool for safety. Extra chemicals for rain water we usually pumped off and not let in the pool. They have zero communication. I was told “we have other customers” excuse me. I waited patiently for over 6 weeks to get this fixed. Not a good business at all. Don’t claim to service our area but be this hard to get you to come.
