    I ordered a Florian Ratcheting Pruner as well as a sharpener from Florian Garden Tools & Accessories on July 13, 2025 and received an email confirmation of the order. The total for the two items, plus shipping and handling, was $64.43. No tracking information was included with the order confirmation. On August 7, 2025 I sent an email to their customer service email address ****************************************** informing them that I had not received my order or received any additional information about my order (tracking number, back order notification, etc) since my order was placed and asked for an order update. I received no response from Florian. I sent a second email to their customer service email address on August 18, 2025 to again ask about the status of my order, and again I received no response from the company. I included the order number in both of the emails I sent to them.Before sending this message to the BBB I searched the address they have listed on there website: ************************************************ which does not seem to exist. The address keeps getting corrected to **************************************, which according to ****** Maps (which may not be accurate) is the address of an insulation contractor named Awmco. According to Florian's ******** page, the business was purchased by *********************** in a post from August 2022. Interestingly, *********************** does have a location near the ************************************************************ address. The person pictured as the founder of the *********************** on their website is also pictured on the Florian website so there does appear to be a connection between the two businesses. The Florian Amazon Store has no currently available items.If the company is still in business (if it ever was legitimate) and just has extremely poor customer service, I would like the items I ordered. If they are no longer selling products, I would like a refund.
