    I was in need of a specific Military specific fabric. A new version was being produced that did not meet our customer's aviation requirements. I called to specifically asking if they had the older material in stock that meets FAR standards. If the material is not exactly what is required my company can be fined by *** and pilots lives would be in danger. The sales *** confirmed yes they would be able to provide me the material I needed with material certifications. Material came with no certifications. I requested them, and compared them to my packing slip. *** sent me the incorrect fabric. I reached out to them asking if I could return it. They refused to pay for shipping for me to return the material I received. I feel if they sent me the incorrect stuff, that is on them and they should own up to their mistake and send me a p***aid shipping label. Instead, I received back and forth email banter where *** was unable to recognize these are two different materials. They did not seem to care if a company will be fined and people's lives at **** for using material that is not approved in an aircraft. The differences between these two materials is one is chemically treated with a fire ******ant, the other is not. It may still meet California's "burn test" but until this exact material is approved by military, it can not be used in an airplane. I am very disappointed in this companies customer service of not owning up to their mistake and sending me the incorrect material, there was no apology. They have no concept of what it means to have Material Certifications, and the importance of using required Military Spec materials. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
