    Clearly they are not BBB accredited. I had a large tree branch fall in my yard. I signed a contract and once they got to my house, jacked it up by $200. They damaged my arbor vitae and decimated a hydrangea ****. The owners comment was it would grow back .don't ever use this company.

    Miss ******** is an awful person and is totally making this up. We quickly responded and safely removed a large limb that had fallen on her house. When the limb fell, damage was done to neighboring plants. None of this was caused by my crew and Ms. ******** was looking for $200 from us to replace her plants (what she calls jacking up the price now). We caused no damage and she is someone nobody should work for.

    Upon further investigation with my staff, Ms. ******** requested additional work to be done, approved this work after being informed that such work would increase the price by $200 and now claims we "jacked the price up". She is simply being dishonest.
