    I'd give this place negative stars if possible. They "offer" you a birthday dessert but when you try to order it online, an error occurs&says to call the restaurant. So I called&no one answers..so I went in&told the owner since he was the only 1 there what the issue was. He says it can only be done online(again, which doesn't work)&he refused to honor it because he said he wanted credit for the free coupon "they" give to you&told me to call ******** since it's "them" who want to do this he said. Ummm..******** doesn't have a customer service number so basically he was telling me it was not his problem. It was the smug way he answered me that made me tell him, you really lost a customer over something so ***** that is indeed his problem. He replied "Yeah, so be it." So I hope this place shuts down&he goes out of business as there are plenty of other pizza places around who know how to run a business&treat customers fairly. It's not like the food or prices are out of this world good. It's mid at best&after reading others reviews/complaints, it's a good assumption the owner privately purchased this location&doesn't want to affiliate himself with the franchise. He basically doesn't care about the product&only cares about profit. I will do everything possible to deter anyone from continuing to go there thus making this location the least profitable possible.
