  An absolutely extraordinary experience from beginning to end. We recently inherited my parents 70-year-old home. We knew it would need major replacement of all the windows, all of the siding, eves, gutters and one of the doors/frames. We interviewed several companies. The most forthright and professional consultation was Compass Windows. *****, the owner, handled the negotiations and explained everything in great detail. He spent over 2 hours going over the house. His price was highly competitive with other bigger name companies, but unlike these companies, Compass Windows was upfront about the extent of work that would need to be done and the probability that we might find more deterioration in the structure that could not be determined until the old materials were removed. This was factored in the final estimate. That transparency and honesty was remarkable relative to his competitors. He also spent a great deal of time explaining why they use the type of windows they did and we were impressed that the benefits in terms of cost savings with heating and cooling would best be served with their product. It took five days to replace all the windows, all the siding and one of the garage doors. They came exactly when they said they were going to be there and stayed until late evening each day. ***** visited the job each day and when it was finally completed came back the next day and inspected the entire yard for any scraps or debris that had not been removed. The workers could not have been more attentive to details and polite to our family. I am a physician and surgeon. I am used to dealing with a variety of different professionals. I would tell you this was one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner and one of the best and most professional companies I have dealt with on a professional level in any field. I would strongly encourage any homeowner to give them an interview, and I endorse them unequivocally and enthusiastically.

  After several quotes for our windows, gutters, etc. we decided on Compass Windows. The entire process, from the initial sales meeting to the final day of installation was flawless! We cannot recommend this company enough. The entire team from the owners to the amazing installation staff are simply wonderful! They are all just such nice individuals and extremely trustworthy. We felt like we had placed our home in good hands for the restoration process, and they did not disappoint. The owners were on site numerous times as well as the sales manager. Their installation staff is beyond professional and meticulous with their work. Don't hesitate at all to select Compass Windows!

  Just had Compass Windows install new windows last fall and highly recommend!**** was great and answering all of our questions and concerns and communicating each step in the process with us. He was patient and informative and not at all pushy, which we appreciated. The ordering process was easy and our windows came in ahead of schedule.The install team was super professional, fast, and clean. Everything fit perfectly and looked amazing right away. Its so nice to be able to use our windows again and we noticed such a big difference this winter as far as our energy usage!It was a no-brainer to return to Compass as we look to complete phase 2 of our window project this summer. Again, they were prompt in coming out, reasonable with their quote, and easy to work with! We cant wait to have the whole house done and looking great, thanks to Compass!

  As a first time home owner in a new area, we had to do a lot of research to find reputable window and door companies. Thankfully we found Compass. Over the last 3 years we've used Compass to replace our windows and doors throughout the house. Everyone we've worked with is friendly and professional. Custom builds and installs were quick and look perfect! I would absolutely recommend using Compass to achieve the home of your dreams.

  We've had two storm doors, patio sliding door and bay picture window installed by Compass so far. We keep coming back because of the high quality and professionalism. I can't praise this company enough!

  They installed windows for me in 2022. They replaced 6 windows for me and did a remarkable job. I had a problem with 2 windows that had some cold air coming through and they sent one of their crew over to fix the problem. Not only did he caulk those windows but did all the windows. No more cold air coming in. Then I had them replace my front door which was handmade by the Amish, because I had a lot of cold air coming through my old door. The door fiberglass and was installed and a storm door installed. They are a amazing company to work with and do quality work. So if you need windows or doors replaced call Compass window and doors. You wont be disappointed

  We had Compass do our exterior garage access and front doors, and we are thrilled with the quality of the doors and install. There are so many sketchy companies out there shilling subpar products, but Compass isnt one of them. Any time we had questions, Compass was easy to get ahold of and answered them thoroughly. They kept us updated with the timeline, and day of install, the crew was on time and professional. Our sales ******************* even checked on our doors to make sure install went well. Excellent customer service. It was never just a tell you what you want to hear type situation or a too hard sales pitch, they listened and guided us through the whole process, providing thorough answers to questions. We are very happy and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
