Towed my car for no reason, said I was over the line but could not show me. How is being over a line a towable offense.

They will tow your car at ANY cost if you don't have a sticker (even if registered at property) and if you email them with copies of rentals, etc, you have to PHYSICALLY call them to verify they received the email, or your car will be towed. Very unwilling to do anything to assist anyone who has financial troubles or hardships, even if the person follows the rules. It's a real shame they have this power over the people, almost like the Cabal of towing, haha.

My car was towed because of an expired permit. I never received notice that the permit was expiring. Now these ******** can send you a notes two weeks, one week and one day before your payment is due. Why in the **** can they not send you a notice that your permit is expiring? Because that's how they legally get you. And paying for the tow isn't cheap. This company is the worst. This is the third time my car has been towed and all for reasons that could have been avoided. They will tow your car for the most stupid reasons. And the building management company where I live must be in on the take. They're getting kickbacks or something. It's absolutely ridiculous that the Golub Company at Prairie Shores allows this kind of grifting.

Son unos abusadores racistas, están remolcando los carros ilegalmente desde un lugar donde si se puede estacionar. Es la propia estafa lo que están haciendo

Please, beware of contract tow and Fernwood Management Company! I reside in the Lake Meadows community. I pay for parking and have been a loyal customer for past 3 years. Sometimes, I pay a couple months in advance. Contract Tow Company towed my vehicle because they claim I was parked 6 inches over the yellow line. There isn't a rule in my lease agreement that mentions this, nor is there any such rule on Contract Tows site. The teens come and take over our lot to go to the beach on 31st street, but yet they focus on a paying customer being 6 inches over the yellow line. I got off work the night before late and made it home at 10:30pm. There was traffic on my street, people moving through the parking lot and no security in sight. I was nervous and trying to hurry to get inside. I asked them to show me a picture of my car, but the woman behind the window quickly showed me a car, but I couldn't tell if it was my car or not. She said, "see, he had to park all the way back here." There was no car in the spot in front of me when I got home. They are using nefarious tactics to get money out of us and Fernwood Management is allowing this! What about the seniors that may have trouble seeing the yellow line? Fernwood Management put something in the lease agreement that talks about this "6 inch rule." These people are absolutely horrible! Since my car was towed, I have watched these people from my window get out of the truck and take a picture of a car slightly over the line, then tow it. I have also watched them allow certain women they meet in the lot get in their vehicles and not tow, I have even watched the teens park and not get towed. I wouldn't give them a star at all if I didn't have to!

If I could give zero stars I would. My car was towed after 10 minutes of being in the tow zone. I understand rules are rules. But, when I tried to call to locate my car, they hung up on me. Then the lady at the tow lot was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered.

I have just had the worst experience with contract Towing. I bought a new car. I called to register the new car with the sticker and the woman on the phone was out right rude and unprofessional. I was told that I couldn't transfer the pass to the new car even though I had just renewed the Sticker AUG 2022. which is good for one year. She says its another $100 to register the new car. THEY RAISED THE ***** OF STICKER FROM $50 TO $100 Prior, i had a Camry that i traded for a Cadillac, the new car was transferred without a fee, ie new sticker being purchased to do so. Clearly this is a money grab and not fair at all. 4 months into the new sticker, i have to purchase yet another sticker. The transfer should be a courtesy, if not a smaller transfer fee. These people are scamers.
