      I would not recommend this decking company. There were issues working with them from the start of the demo and deck building. The dumpster arrival was an issue and the old decking material was left laying on the front and back yard. When the new deck was "finished" and I was notified about the final payment, there was still extra decking materials left sitting all throughout our backyard, a full dumpster with food in our drive way, a nail sticking out of the new deck, nails sticking out of the wood posts. MAKE SURE TO ASK WHAT DECK FOOTINGS THEY WILL USE!! Their photos show nice, clean footings. However, our deck has industrial looking diamond footings that stick out and not buried underground at all. Even the employees admitted that it looked bad and told me to hire a landscaper. They do not talk about these footings, they do not show them in any photos on their website. I did not even know these footings existed. Their solution was to put dirt piles around it, but they still stick out. It looks absolutely horrible. After the project, the dumpster full of food on top sat on our driveway for over a week. I had to constantly call multiple people in the company every single day to ask them for updates about the picking up of the trash, the nailing in the nails, the dumpster being picked up and all I got was "we are handling it". They never give an answer or a timeline. You go to bed wondering what will happen the next day. Their lack of communication is appalling for a company. I had to call the dumpster company myself after a week, and the company told me that they had no idea the dumpster needs to be picked up. Be warned, the spindles on the railing move and make noise when walking on the deck, first I was told this is not normal and then I was told it is normal and they will not fix it. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STRESS EVERY DAY OF THE PROJECT. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH.

      This branch is located at ******************************************************************************************The product is good. The company personnel not so much. In regard to pricing, we were quoted one price and then the contract didn't reflect this. We made changes to work requested, due to lack of delivered material, which wasn't reflected in the contract. All two-way communication needs to be in writing to avoid conflicts. They tout their work force as well trained with continued training to achieve greater success. The workers who showed up spoke only Spanish, creating a communication barrier immediately. We were unable to communicate requests or explain project problems. The workmanship is shoddy and unprofessional. There are missing clips, leading to loose boards on the deck. Crooked cuts, improper spacing and exposed s**** heads give it a less than professionally built look. The individuals within the company hierarchy are rude and condescending when confronted with problems. We have been called liars and then lied to. If there is a development they view as less than favorable, they are "going into a meeting" and will contact you later. They only care about getting your money, even though they say they "want to make you happy". They belittle each other to the customer. "It's just a simple, inexpensive project" was repeated multiple times. It was a major investment to us. We have been stressed and disappointed with the entire project. Many sleepless nights wondering what new catastrophe tomorrow will bring. I don't recommend this business. The company isn't BBB accredited, and they aren't five star rated on ****. Do your due diligence and look for a more reputable, BBB accredited business.
