    If I could give them a non rating I would!!! I have had several delivery issues with the business and the lack of customer service support for resolution is very disappointing especially when the issues are resulting from the company. One issue I had is it took them more than 40 days to deliver a package. The initially tried to say it was lost and put the blame back on the retailer but they had the package the entire time. The most recent incident is they delivered my package to the wrong apartment, took pictures of it and I reached out to them and so did the retailer letting them know they delivered it to the wrong address - they made no effort to contact me to resolve the issue. I had to end of filing a police report and contact my leasing office to have them help me. By that time the people had clearly opened my package and tried to repackage it once they found out I filed a police report. I reached out to YANWEN with all of this and after almost a week they finally emailed back with a one sentence response saying they apologized for the mistake the driver made never acknowledged all that I had to go through to correct their error. So I emailed them back and explained how I felt about the poor response and told them I found file a complaint, thats when they decide to send the guy back out here asking for a picture of the package that I went through all the trouble to get back (not them) and he said they told him they were going to fine him because of his mistake if he didnt get a picture. But they still never said anything offering me anything for my efforts in getting my own package back. After he got the picture I get another email from them with still not taking accountability telling me to go back to the retailer because they cant address my needs. The retailer didnt cause the issue but I guess since they got the picture they figured they covered their tracks. I still have all the original pictures and all emails and police incident to back it all up.

    This company delivered my package to the wrong address in November of 2024, send me a picture of the delivery and still won't send me proof of this so i can get my money back, they are very rude.
