    My mother did a transaction with Azalea weigh in which she followed all the instruction specifically to do the return and receive a refund. She in fact did return and confirm with the post office. The product was received and delivered to Azalea *****. However, she never received any correspondence of any kind, refund credit or anything from the company. Since then weve heard from many many vendors that this company customer service is horrible. Im just filing a complaint in hopes that it can change things.

    Ordered a pair of shoes over 1 month ago. Shoe have not been shipped. **************. I have not receive no response. Also, no contact number for customer service to request a refund.

    I purchased the Azalea Wang ALEENA-BLACK CHAINED FOLD-OVER BOOTIE on October 21st for $133.11 with added next day shipping. The order was supposed to arrive 10/23/2024. The order didnt arrive nor ship from facility and no more updates added to order. I reached out through chat on 10/25/2024 a response was delayed by three days letting me know about the overwhelming of orders and order will ship soon. 10/27/2024 no updates to order but a requested delivery fee was processed. I requested a refund three times through chat no response for almost a week, by this time order had updated and shipped. Refund wasnt able to be granted. Order was supposed to arrive by 11/4 no order. Order arrived 11/5 7:30pm with busted up box no product. Sent photos as requested 11/6 . Response time 11/12 with a store credit only issued option .Delayed chat and email responses made it even more frustrating. The checkout process kept crashing during processing. The Added protection option was not an option as stated by company policy. The worst online shopping experience *** had. Online shopper for 16 years.

    I purchased a shoes from azalea Wang October 10 2024 upon receiving my order I realized the item were too big so I contact the company and send an email my address the label of the box that I receive upon delivery. All am asking for was a return label which did not include it in the box. I reached out to the company I spoke with someone via email. I did not have a toll-free number to speak with anyone, they emailed me a couple times asking me for my name saying that they could not find the order. I took a picture of the box. No one contacted me from there all I'm asking is for a refund or a return label so I can return the package to them and I could get my refund. No one is not reaching out to me. I send a message from October 18. No one has responded to me.

    ordered ******** ***** ******* combat boot size 11 for $89.83 and the boot still has not shipped yet. I have emailed and attempted a chat with no response although the site states its 24/7 and they will respond in 24 hours however no one did.

    I initially ordered the Honey glass boot on 9.27.24 directly from **************************. my confirmation email said del 10.3.24; but never got them cuz they never shipped them and to this day still haven't shipped out, nor have i received my $107 refund. Nor have i been able to reach anyone about my original order...i tried contacting them via the order status protocol on their website to no avail, just keep getting the run around.

    I purchased AZALEA WANG FIFI MULTI COLORED STILETTO SANDAL from this company and they never sent my shoes. They sent me a ring instead. They are not responding to my emails any.
