    I'm asking for help to get my refund back for the money that was incorrectly double charged in the amount of $566.56. I already contacted the hotel itself many times. I have written emails with no response, and called many times. They tell me that they refunded the money, but there is no money refunded to me. I even opened up a complaint ticket with headquarters, but they said this a franchise and I need to resolve this with hotel ********* seems the hotel is doing some creative accounting or using money in overnight deposits or something not correct, as they were charging multiple amounts on different days making my account going below 0 money. The staff is very rude and condescending. When asked who their manager is, they said he is in ***** and they won't give his contact info. When asked what are their names, they laughed and said they're called email. This has been already over a week - more than 7 days, and I still don't have my refund. Confirmation number 86739EE013347 for reservation - I made this reservation, but what happened, the hotel charged this reservation plus extended my current one resulting in double charging. This reservation was cancelled then. It is the hotel which did creative booking and accounting. Can you help in getting them to refund the money they said they will refund please?

    I expected a clean 3 bed room with a working toilet for one night on June 1, 2024. I received a room that was not clean. As we were in a hurry, we only noticed the mini fridge had a frozen ********* can in it that exploded. No big deal. When we got back to the room, we requested 4 extra pillows. We received 1 blood stained pillow and 1 that had deep blackness inside the pillow that you should see was so stained from the outside. We returned those. While I was waiting, it took them awhile to find 2 "clean pillows". They spoke a different language. The girl handed the male the blood stained pillow and he said in English I'll just wash it again. And he put it back in the laundry bin. It was late and I had kids. I just wanted sleep. Then we notice a red truck with a cargo trailer with two men in there. They were drinking and peeing in the parking lot right outside our window. A lady with a bunch of kids was staying there. She reeked like Marijuana. Next thing once I got my kids settled. They brushed their teeth and my sister went to us the restroom. Her only pee'd. The toilet was plugged. She used a normal amount of toilet paper. I went to the front desk and asked for help. It took her a good 10 minutes trying to find the plunger. As it was past my kids bedtime, I offered to help her look. I found it immediately. She then handed me the plunger and told me to go fix it. I was extremely thrown off guard I paid for a room with a working toilet and I'm expected to fix it. I couldn't get it to unplug. Went back to the front desk. He walked back to my room and didn't know how to use the plunger. He called someone, they said give me a different room. There were no 3 bed rooms available. They gave me a key to a different room wayyy down the hall. The next morning I watched the marijuana woman climb outside her window and left with some guy. The guys in the red truck were passed out still there. I've tried contacting the manager over 20 times and no one else can help me.

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
