    When I moved to southern ******** 4 years ago from southern **********, I needed to find an internet service provider that would enable me to work remotely from my home outside city limits. Options were limited, but I went with a company offering satellite service. Performance was TERRIBLE ... I couldn't even conduct an online meeting and call up a file to review ... someone else had to do it for me. Every time I turned around, I was being asked to buy tokens to speed up my service. So, I started looking at other options and saw a sign for Wisper along the highway. Called them and was impressed with their straight up approach and letting me know that if they didn't think I could get good service from my house, they wouldn't take me on as a customer. Initial online evaluation looked promising. so they sent a technician out to further evaluate and installation completed! Four years later and I couldn't be more satisfied. Even when there are outages, they are infrequent and resolved quickly. I am a totally satisfied customer!

    Wisper is an excellent choice for rural internet. They provided great service at a respectable price. The only reason I switched to fiber was the incredible speed upgrade it afforded. I repeat though that Wisper is a great ISP. 5 Stars all the way.

    We were in a location where internet was not reliable or didn't work at all. Very happy to have found Whisper. We have had no laspe in service other than when a major storm came through. And it only took them a day to gwtbus back up *** running. Never a slow down in speeds. And we stream alot. I've called customer service once and they were very efficient and helpful. If you struggle getting service where you live may want to try Whisper. Happy customer. Keep up the great service.

    We had **** and Wisper is so much better and cheaper. We had a power outage do to an F1 tornado and of course lost our internet. Wisper kept us updated on getting our internet back and running. **** never did that.There service men were very kind and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us and was very helpful. Would give Wisper 5 stars but want to see how things go in the next month or so. Right now they are so much better than what we had. Would recommend them.

    Watch out for the bait and switch rates. And extremely poor billing and customer service associates. I have never been so disappointed in a company who sent me a flyer in the mail with a web site with special rates and then won't honor them because I am already a customer. Good reason not to be your customer is what I think and honestly being a quarter mile from your tower I should be able to get the speed I am paying for which for some reason you cannot provide. Terrible and if I could give you a zero that would be your score.

    We were able to come to an agreement with this customer on the service package and our Technical Support team is working with the customer to identify and correct any speed related problems.

    Simply put - HORRIBLE. We are in a very small community and options for internet service are very slim. In no way should we need to put up with the awful **************** and response times to fix the internet issues. Our dervice has been out since Thanksgiving (Thursday) and still out through the following Monday. Every day the same song and dance and no resolve. Finally a service appointment was given for Monday and had a no show. Called them to ask why they did not show and was told we were not scheduled for service on this day. Even have an email stating we did but nobody showed up and was told they did everything they could to see if anyone was available to make the service call and was told they had no one available. I asked three separate times to speak with someone with authority and each time placed on hold and a few minutes later each time it was said no one was available. Never did I get to speak with that person of authority. Asked for a call back when someone became available and I am still waiting. A reschedule for Tuesday was made but I have no hope at this point that this will happen either. Needless to say we still have no service and I am livid. Several days down, repeated calls and still no service. What is a person suppose to do?? Make it known and write a bad review..
