5 starsWe had a fantastic experience working with **** and the team and couldn't recommend them any more highly.**** was able to come out very quickly after we reached out to them and was able to offer helpful guidance on sizing and design options for our Pergola. He got us a quote shortly after that and was very patient in answering questions and modifications we wanted to explore. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies that we reached out to.**** and the team that installed our Pergola were great. They arrived early in the morning and were able to finish the job in just a single day! The Pergola looks incredible and we're so excited to make us of it this summer. 5 starsIf 10 stars was an option, Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions would hit the ***** From our first conversation with the owner **** all the way through completion of our custom roof-deck pergola built by ****, the team was highly professional, super responsive, reliable and incredibly fast. They are the absolute experts in this space and provide tremendous value, not to mention their price point was less than half of what the big name roof-deck companies in the area were asking. The material used is insanely high quality and the fact that it all comes with a 10 year warranty is truly unreal. I recently had them come back to add a small gutter along an area that was flooding my landscaping during hard rains - they did so at no charge whatsoever. The finished product is absolutely STUNNING and we've lost track of the number of compliments we've received. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Review fromArmil B

5 starsI waited 3 months to share our review on the Chicagoland Pergolas. And during that time we have hosted a few summer parties and get-togethers. We received so many compliments on the pergola from our friends and neighbors. It added more appeal to the new patio we built in the spring. We have a park and a public path behind our yard and we often get compliments on the pergola from folks walking by. We are extremely happy that we chose Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions. Below is what we went through from choosing the pergola up to construction complete.1. We considered so many options and all were the aluminum with powered louvers. Eventually, we saw the reviews and pictures for Chicagoland Pergolas... and decided to schedule a visit from ****.2. We told him what we wanted and he provided some ideas for a custom built design and after a couple of weeks of back and forth we signed and submitted our deposit. 3. They quickly ordered the wood to stain in their warehouse .. and week or so later they were ready to install.4. **** and ***** showed up at 8AM and started working. They were amazing. They measured, cut, and began building. They completed the project in a 1.5 days. Our pergola is 13.5 ' x 27' on four 8x8 post with a polycarbonate roof. It is solid! 5 starsI worked with Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions to build a rooftop pergola and am thrilled with the results. ****, the owner, was professional, communicative, and patient. He even dropped off color samples to help me decide. Ultimately I chose to go with Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions due to the fact they use cedar which I believe lasts longer and the fact that they provide a 10 yr warranty which no one else did! Once it came to the construction, **** (contractor) explained the whole process and got it done all in one day with his team! I was impressed by the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the project. The finished product is absolutely stunning. The pergola is sturdy, well-built, and perfectly complements my rooftop space. It has become a focal point for entertaining guests or just relaxing on lazy afternoons. Overall, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They exceeded my expectations in every way and delivered a product that will bring me joy for years to come. My wife and I wanted a pergola for our rooftop at our new condo, but we were not very excited about the options we had seen. Then after meeting with *********************, from Chicagoland Pergolas, our choice became clear. This company and the pergolas that they build are number one! 5 starsOur pergola was constructed last month and we're very happy with the results. Our contact person with Chicagoland, ************, took time to explain all of our options and answered all of our questions. He also assisted us in getting the necessary paperwork together in order to obtain a zoning permit. Our entire project, measuring 10X17 feet, was constructed in one day, which included staining, cleanup, etc. Since our pergola was built, we have had several significant windstorms come through our area. Not only has our pergola not sustained any damage, none of the other pergolas built by Chicagoland in our neighborhood have sustained any damage either. It's a beautiful addition to our home and we're looking forward to enjoying the warm weather outdoors.Review fromTed & Liz G

5 starsWe are definitely pleased with our custom-built pergola. ****, our sales representative, came out and provided us with a detailed estimate with the options we wanted, answered any questions that we had and walked us through the entire process. The installation was completed in one day and the crew was very professional and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. Our neighbors have been very complimentary of our project. We would recommend this company and are looking forward to warmer weather so can fully enjoy our new *******************************
